Funding the Oratory

Our biggest material challenge at the moment is to adapt our house — the presbytery — to the common life. Over the years the upper floors were divided into separate apartments for three priests, and the basement area was allowed to become derelict.

We have undertaken to restore the house to more or less its original lay-out, while providing accommodation for eight community members, as well as the following community rooms: a house chapel, a library, a refectory, a kitchen, and a recreation room.

This work is now well advanced, but our funds are very limited. Any help you might be able to give would be greatly appreciated.
